  1. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital content (PDFs, templates, and ZIP files), all sales of the "Feelings (Premium Edition)" are generally final once the file has been downloaded.
  2. Anti-Abuse & "Free First" Policy Because the core "Feelings" framework is provided free of charge, customers have the opportunity to evaluate the value and quality of our work before making a purchase. The "Premium Edition" is an optional expansion intended to support the research lab. As such, we do not offer refunds based on "dissatisfaction with the core theory" or "change of heart" after the files have been accessed.
  3. Refund Requests We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact Paddle Customer Support or our team within 14 days of purchase. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Physical Paperbacks For physical copies purchased via Amazon KDP or Lulu, please refer to the specific return policies of those platforms.
